Provides the Maternal Infant Health Program which is a specialized and comprehensive in-home assistance program for pregnant mothers and infants, from birth to age one, that are in high risk situations.  We can assist with: Accessing transportation to medical appointments. Information on labor and delivery. Education on child growth and development. Referrals for baby supplies, counseling and childbirth/parenting classes. Nutrition counseling and much, much more!
